RUARIUS
in Aede Collegiali S. Quintini in Viromanduis, Galliae regione, officium fuit, cui ista Aedis pars commissa videtur, quam Rugam seu Rue vocabant, vestibulum videl. Presbyterii seu Bematis, quod plateae inter Presbyterium et Chorum formam referebat. Ryers certe, in aliquor Consuerudinibus Belgicis iidem sunt, qui aliis Voiers, quibus scil. viarum seu rugarum iurisdictio competit. Inter Canonicos sortem invenisse., i. e. in Canonicorum Collegio sedem habuisse, auctor est Hemereus in Augusta Viromanduor. ann. 1260.
